Alex Beemer

Managing Partner

Alex Beemer is the Managing Partner of PrintHaus Capital and is responsible for investment strategy, underwriting, capital formation, and portfolio oversight.

Prior to founding PrintHaus Capital, Alex was Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Axiom Equities, a Kansas City–based real estate private equity firm focused on value-add multifamily investments. There, he led acquisitions, underwriting, capital structuring, and asset management across the firm’s portfolio.

Earlier in his career, Alex served as Associate Director of Investments at EPR Properties, a publicly traded REIT with over $6 billion in assets. At EPR, he worked across sourcing, underwriting, transaction execution, and asset management for a diverse range of operating real estate assets.

Alex holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from Kansas State University. He is a CFA Charterholder and serves on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City CFA Society

Chris Stemler

Managing Partner, Construction & Development

Chris Stemler is a Managing Partner of PrintHaus Capital and leads construction strategy and development execution.

Chris serves as Chairman of Trident Homes, a Midwest-based construction and development company specializing in large-scale concrete 3D-printed residential construction. Through Trident, Chris has helped establish a repeatable construction platform designed to deliver durable, energy-efficient housing with accelerated build timelines and predictable execution.

In addition to Trident Homes, Chris has extensive experience in historic renovation and adaptive reuse development, overseeing projects ranging from approximately $500,000 to $15 million. His background includes commercial-to-residential conversions, mixed-use redevelopment, and hospitality projects, with experience spanning site evaluation, incentive structuring, historic tax credits, contractor oversight, and project stabilization.

Chris also brings a background in ERISA and retirement-plan consulting, informing a disciplined approach to capital stewardship, fiduciary oversight, and long-term financial structuring.
